T-C-Alliance is a membership collaboration of training and consultancy organizations within the aviation community.

The objectives of the alliance are to develop and promote high-quality standards in the service of aviation training and consultancy personnel and to foster and maintain collaborations for the betterment of the industry and its personnel and organisational development.

The ethos of T-C-Alliance is bringing together innovations that increase quality assurance whilst actively helpng reduce economic burdens on the organization and industry both in the short-medium and long-term.



Want to become a Trainer or Consultant?


Due to the unfortunate fact that a lot of personnel have become redundant, there opens up large scale opportunities for professionals to utilize their transferrable skills to become effective trainers and consultants for the betterment of the industry. The issue arises that the transferrable skills available (for trainers and consultants) are specific to the profession and not necessarily to the running of a business or that of a sole trader.

As a result, the T-C-Alliance has been established as both a Social Enterprise to give back to the community, but also as a collaboration and training portal for individuals venturing into the world of business as a potential trainer or consultant, by offering specific business accelerators and fellowships, giving strategic and business knowledge to those professionals who need it in order to adapt to life as a business owner or sole trader. The advantage of this is that it allows for individuals to concentrate on what is important – delivering services such as training and consultancy that can help recover the industry and give confidence to future generations of aviation personnel.
